Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping sustainably with Wasteless PH. We strive to ensure that every purchase can make buyers happy.

But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase item/s, you may email us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

We won't have a returns policy anymore to avoid the carbon footprint of return shipping. Instead, we humbly ask you to donate the item/s to someone in need in your community.

REFUNDS

After receiving your email and evaluating your concerns, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your email to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your concern has been processed

EXCEPTIONS
