All Wasteless PH domestic orders go via JRS Express with a ₱200 flat rate shipping charge. For bundled orders, equal or more than ₱800, we offer free domestic shipping. Just use the code GOZEROWASTENOW upon checkout.

For international orders, we offer free shipping for orders of ₱3000 or more. Just use the code GOZEROWASTE upon checkout. We ship via UPS and in 2021, we'll start using PhilPost.

Wasteless PH ships orders twice a week on Monday and Fridays. Orders done during the weekend get shipped on Mondays. Orders done during weekdays get shipped on Fridays.

Estimated shipping time for all orders is 3-7 days. We also email and text customers about their order and provide shipping details after they are sent to the courier. For any concerns, feel free to email us at [email protected].

All our products are made and packed with care. We ship them with reusable materials and little to no plastic. But if you have concerns about your order, we offer refunds or replacement for defective or lost goods - for up to 30 days after your purchase. 

Rather than shipping the item back, donate it to someone within your area who can use it. 

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" reasons so think wisely before you order.
